Today I played the basic composition to start with. Sir corrected my piece at various places and asked me to repeat certain phrases so that it sounded well. After the basic correction of the piece, Sir taught me a pretty big taan. It is very intricate and I need to play it very fast. I need to take time out daily and play at least 1 to 2 hours so that I can be ready for the class by next Saturday. Also I need to practice meend. NS SMG meend is troubling me a lot. If I play for 10 times I get it right for about 2 or 3 times. I need to put in more hours and practice meend.

The deliverables for the next week are

  • Play Sthai + Manjha + Taans

  • Play with double speed

  • Practice Meend

As soon as I come back from my work, I should not waste time at all. I should practice for at least two hours.
