There were set of commands that needed R CMD INSTALL

I was typing R CMD INSTALL in R gui. This is most fuckall thing that one can do
Subsequently I wrote this command in dos command
Finally it struck me that I need to write
“C:\Program Files\R\R-2.8.1\bin\R” CMD

Finally changed the windows path variable to

C:\Program Files\R\R-2.13.0\bin\
