NOK from today. It will help you concentrate on your work, goals, tombstone. It will help you remain at peace , focused at work.

I am witnessing a general lack of concentration after NOK. Time gets erased and it is usually gaussian noise which does not have any trend.

It is important to cut down on white noise as much as possible.
